What is Rooha's design philosophy?

Rooha focuses on minimal aesthetics for everyday living, crafted with soft, comfortable, and natural fabrics. Inspired by nature, nostalgia, and childhood memories, our goal is to create timeless, classic pieces that are elegant, breathable, and affordable.

How long does shipping and delivery take?

Because we largely work on a mindfully produced, made-to-order model, most items are dispatched within 12–16 working days after order confirmation.

If you purchase from our "Ready to Ship" collection, the items are already in stock and will be dispatched within 2–4 working days. You will receive an estimated dispatch date via email or WhatsApp once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

For domestic orders within India, we accept all major debit and credit cards, net banking, and UPI. For international orders, card payments are accepted via our supported secure online payment gateways at checkout.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order enters production or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, as our garments are custom-made in small batches.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. A return request must be raised within 7 working days of delivery for domestic orders.

Please note that items bought during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect.

Will I receive a monetary cash refund if I return an item?

No monetary refund is issued. If your return is approved, we will process an exchange or issue a credit note for the order value, which you can easily redeem for future purchases on our website.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If a product is damaged during transit, you must submit an unboxing video demonstrating the damage within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a claim. Claims submitted without proper video proof will not be accepted.

Do you offer customizations for sizes or designs?

Yes, customizations—such as sleeve adjustments and plus sizes (XXL, XXXL)—are available at an additional cost. Because these garments are tailored specifically for you, all customized orders are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through leading international partners! However, due to customs and return duty restrictions, international returns are only possible for an exchange or credit note. Please note that all international return freight, customs duties, and taxes must be borne by the customer.

How should I care for my Rooha garments?

Dry cleaning is strongly recommended for all our garments to maintain their quality. Natural fabrics may experience slight shrinkage or texture changes if not handled according to care instructions.

Note: Damage caused by perfumes, heat, improper washing, or color bleeding due to perspiration is not covered under our return policy.
