SHIPPING
We ship through trusted and registered courier partners for all orders within India, and through leading international partners for global deliveries.
Rooha largely works on a made-to-order model to minimise wastage and produce mindfully. Which means — your garment goes into production only after an order is confirmed online.
Most made-to-order items are dispatched within 12–16 working days.
A few curated designs are listed under Ready to Ship — these products are already in stock and will be dispatched within 2–4 working days.
You will receive an email / WhatsApp message with your estimated dispatch date once the order is placed.
Please Note: Sundays & Public Holidays are not considered working days for dispatch timelines.

MODES OF PAYMENT
We accept all major debit & credit cards, net banking and UPI for domestic orders.
For international orders — card payments via supported gateways at checkout are available.

CANCELLATION & REFUND
A customer may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order enters production, cancellation is not possible as most Rooha garments are made-to-order and customised in small batches.
Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.
During sale / promotional periods — return, exchange & refund will not be applicable unless there is a defect in the received product.
Natural, unforeseen delays (natural calamity / strike / war / epidemic / courier disruption etc.) are outside our control. In such situations, order cancellation or refunds will not be possible.

RETURNS (if applicable)
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and with tags intact.
Return request must be raised within 7 working days of delivery (for domestic orders).
After we acknowledge your return request, we will arrange a reverse pick-up from your address. Our courier partner will collect the package within 1–3 days and ship it back to us.
If our courier partners (Bluedart / Delhivery) do not service reverse pick-up in your pin code, you will need to send the parcel to us via a reliable courier and share the tracking details.

REFUND / CREDIT NOTE (upon return)
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, we will process an exchange or issue a credit note for the order value — which can be redeemed for future purchases on our website.
No monetary refund is issued.
It may take 5–7 working days after receipt of returned item for exchange / credit note to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders — due to customs & return duty restrictions — returns are only possible for exchange / credit note.
All international return freight, customs duty & taxes are to be borne by the customer.
International orders once dispatched cannot be refunded.
