Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • All products are handcrafted and inspected for quality before dispatch.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged during transit.
  • Damages: To qualify for a claim, an unboxing video demonstrating the damage is mandatory and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without proper video proof will not be accepted.

Garment Care & Fabric Disclaimer

  • Dry cleaning is strongly recommended for all garments to maintain quality.
  • Color bleeding due to perspiration, improper handling, or washing is not eligible for return.
  • Natural fabrics may experience slight shrinkage or texture changes if not handled according to care instructions.
  • Damage caused by perfumes, sprays, chemicals, heat, or improper storage is not covered under our quality policy.

Customization Policy

  • Customizations, including sleeve adjustments and plus sizes (XXL, XXXL), are available at an additional cost.
  • All customized orders are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
